Lovable's revenue has jumped 33 percent in a month amid vibe coding frenzy

Lisbon, Portugal - 10 November 2025; Anton Osika, Co-founder & CEO of Lovable, was present during the opening night of Web Summit 2025 at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal.

Lovable, a Swedish startup specializing in vibe coding, has recently reported an impressive 33% growth in its revenue, reaching an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $400 million in just one month. This surge comes amid the increasing popularity of AI-powered coding tools, including Anthropic's Claude Code, which has gained significant traction over the past few months.

According to Ryan Meadows, Lovable's Chief Revenue Officer, the company's ARR has skyrocketed from $300 million to $400 million, with predictions suggesting it could surpass $1 billion by the end of the year. ARR represents the predictable revenue a company expects to earn over a year from subscriptions or recurring contracts.

Since its launch at the end of 2024, Lovable has achieved remarkable milestones. Initially reaching $100 million in ARR within eight months, the company doubled that figure to $200 million by the conclusion of 2025. The rise of vibe coding, which allows individuals with limited programming skills to create code using AI, has contributed significantly to Lovable's success.

Lovable aims to simplify the coding process, making it accessible to non-engineers who wish to develop software and applications. The company achieved a valuation of $6.6 billion during a December funding round led by CapitalG and Menlo Ventures' Anthology fund.

Impressive User Growth

Meadows reported that Lovable has experienced a doubling of its daily active users in just the last couple of months, now boasting over 15 million daily users. The platform is witnessing the creation of approximately 200,000 new vibe coding projects each day. While the majority of users are non-technical founders and entrepreneurs, the fastest growth is currently emerging from the enterprise sector that Lovable launched in August.

Collaborative Growth with Anthropic

Lovable's recent growth aligns with the launch of Claude Code. Rather than cannibalizing Lovable's market share, Meadows noted that many users find value in utilizing both tools. Professional software developers and engineering teams often prefer Claude, while non-technical staff lean towards Lovable for their coding needs. Meadows described this trend as a 'rising tide' that benefits both companies, expressing satisfaction with the collaboration.

Lovable is integrated with Claude, and Anthropic has actively promoted Lovable on its marketplace, indicating a strong partnership. Meadows emphasized the commitment to continue investing in this collaboration, which is expected to drive further growth.

Expanding Workforce

Despite its impressive growth, Lovable maintains a relatively small team of just 146 employees. Meadows announced plans for a hiring spree this year, particularly in product and engineering roles, projecting the workforce to expand to around 350 employees by year's end. While the engineering team will remain in Stockholm, Lovable plans to establish its first office in the United States, based in Boston, to support go-to-market roles.

Meadows expressed urgency in the hiring process, stating, 'We can't hire fast enough,' reflecting the company's rapid expansion and increasing demands in the market.
